Hot,
Clumsy...
Need to sit down.
Exercising: good for my health;
despite what it can do to my blood sugar.
No one there to help.
Diabetic bracelet on my wrist; thank God for that.
Fumble to grab sugar.
Eat & wait...
Test again and hope it rises.
